Do you feel weighed down by feelings of anxiety or overwhelm? Do you often feel stuck, or unsure of how to support yourself or your family? Please know you are not alone - many of the individuals, parents, and families I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, high stress, emotional overwhelm, and burnout. Parents often feel uncertain when supporting children who are neurodivergent or experiencing big emotions at home or school. If you are seeking more clarity, balance, practical tools, and support, while also wanting to feel understood, respected, and supported in building meaningful change – now may be the right time to reach out.
As a registered Social Worker, I have over 15 years of experience working in educational settings and clinical mental health environments, with a specialized interest in families, children, and young adults. My client-centered, strengths-based approach blends the therapeutic modalities of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Self-Compassion, and Mindfulness. Each treatment plan is collaboratively created to meet the unique needs of the individuals and families I support. I am passionate about creating an understanding and non-judgmental space to slow down, build insight, and develop skills that support growth and resilience. Many clients experience improved coping skills, self-awareness, and confidence. Taking the first step is brave and often the hardest part — and it is also a meaningful step toward caring for yourself and your family. I invite you to book a consultation to get started.
