Drawing on CBT, ACT, Narrative, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, and the Gottman Method for couples, I’ll help you build skills, shift perspectives, and create healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. With nearly two decades of experience supporting children, youth, families, and adults, clients often share that they feel lighter, understood, and more hopeful after starting therapy. My strengths-based approach is relational, conversational, warm, and empathetic—I truly believe the therapy space should be one of the safest places on earth.
