Many people feel stuck. Over-thinking, stressed, second-guessing themselves, feeling like they’re falling behind in life, work or relationships. Holding to the belief that they need to “have it all together”, life quickly begins to feel overwhelming and isolated, with the internal pile of “I will deal with it later” ever growing.
I take a grounded, relational, and action-oriented approach to therapy. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s beneath the surface, and identify the patterns keeping you stuck. By integrating tailored approaches for each client, I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), experiential practices, somatic techniques, and schema-focused methods. My goal is to be a support to you, help you feel understood, steady, and find the confidence to move forward with clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
