I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and it’s an important first step toward healing.
I know that life can bring moments of uncertainty, loss, or emotional pain. You may be facing anxiety, navigating trauma, adjusting to a major life change, or struggling in your relationships. My goal is to provide a warm, safe, and understanding space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and begin to find hope and clarity again. My approach is rooted in compassion and connection. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution focused, person centered, and trauma informed approaches, always tailoring our work to your unique story and strengths. I work with teens and adults, with a special focus on addiction and mental health. I also have a special interest in supporting mothers navigating the challenges of the postpartum season — including anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm. Whether this is your first child or you’ve walked this road before, I want you to know that you are not alone and that healing and stability are possible. I believe that lasting change happens in the context of genuine support and trusted relationships. Together, we’ll explore your goals, uncover what may be holding you back, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, peaceful, and fulfilling. If you’re ready to take the next step, I would be honoured to walk with you on this journey. Clients: Accepting new clients Locations: Milton and Virtual |
